Clients may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice to Queflornshapghul. However, cancellation terms vary based on the project stage and work completed. If cancellation occurs before project commencement, a full refund of any deposit may be available, subject to administrative fees if applicable.
If cancellation occurs after work has begun, refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed and any non-refundable expenses incurred. The client will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date, as outlined in the project contract.

Consultation services, including Discovery Calls, Strategy Sessions, and Full Audits, are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted. If a consultation is cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice, a full refund may be available. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payment terms are specified in individual project contracts. Typically, a deposit is required before project commencement, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or according to agreed-upon milestones. To ensure successful project completion and avoid the need for refunds or cancellations, clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, necessary materials and content, accurate information, and clear communication throughout the project. Delays caused by client inaction may affect project timelines and may not be grounds for refund.
We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. The policy in effect at the time of project contract signing will govern that specific project, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
